  1. A meaningful journey in my life was when i volunteer on going to Nicaragua and help bringing food and water to poor families that lived in small villages. First, it was hard to see those families work so hard on long shifts for a small pay and struggling to bring food and water to their homes, I felt very fortunate to bring at least some extra needs to them. Also, it impacted me to see in the conditions the lived because of the small amount of space with a lot of people inside of it, and some villages had wholes on the ceilings and when it rained, water came through it and flooded some areas of the perimeter. Lastly, it was meaningful to see that no matter how tough their lives were, a smile would always be on their faces and that to me was priceless because It made a more grateful person that I was before. A meaningful journey in my life was when i volunteer on going to Nicaragua because now it makes me value everything I have.

    1. I really like this comment because it is sadly and i like the way he and the other ones were helping the poor guys that did not have anything to eat or drink. i am glad because they did something great and putted the kids a smile in their faces and hopefully one day I will be doing something like this, when given a chance.

  8. My meaningful journey was when I came to America. I remember eating the Crispy Creamy croissants given to me by the waitresses in the plane. I also remember being able to see the big blue sky in a closer view. Finally, I remember hearing the plane making a big noise while it was landing.

  9. The first time I went back to my hometown was the most meaningful to me. I met my grandparents, relatives and friends after a long time. I missed them a lot. In that trip, I had a lot of fun and happy memories. I told them about my life in US, some difficulties I faced to. And they encouraged me a lot. They gave me great supports. After this trip, I felt stronger and lived better. If I have a chance, I will come back.

  11. My meaningful journey was when I took a trip with my soccer Team. I went outside to my country there where was civil war.First, when the coach announced us which who we were playing everyone was afraid. Before we took the bus, all the team stated to praise to arrived safe. At the station, our bus were waiting us, ugly, old and the engine was making a lot of noisy. Secondly, when we started taking road, in few miles to the place we started seeing destroy houses. Arrived at place population were moving away because of civil war. In conclusion my journey was scary and helps me to understand that it is not everywhere population are having fun to play soccer, somewhere population are suffering.

  12. My meaningful journey was when I experienced snow for the first time. Since I came from a tropical country, I was happy and excited to see how snow looked in reality. It was white, beautiful and exceptional. I asked my friend to take a picture so that I could show my family back home and remember that first event.
